Departments:
Food Quality Department
Human Resources (BMS-HR / MBA-HR)

Eligibility:
For Food Quality: B.Sc (Food Technology / Microbiology / Chemistry) or B.Tech (Food Technology) freshers.
For HR: BMS (HR specialization) / MBA (HR specialization) freshers.
Positive communication skills and basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) are a must.

Key Responsibilities:
Food Quality:
Assist in quality checks, lab testing, and production floor inspections.
Support documentation for audits and compliance.
Maintain hygiene standards and ensure SOP adherence.
HR:
Support in HR operations, onboarding, employee engagement, and documentation.




Assist in recruitment coordination and maintaining HR databases.
Help in organizing training programs and Employee relations.

Skills Required:
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced setting.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach.
Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work in a manufacturing/supply chain setup.
