Role & responsibilities
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of field equipment.
Troubleshoot electrical, networking, CCTV, and communication systems.
Inspect BRTS stations and field equipment.
Coordinate with technicians and vendors for maintenance activities.
Maintain service reports and maintenance records.
Ensure minimum downtime and quick resolution of technical issues.
Follow safety standards and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
