Filing of all the taxes (GST, PT, PF, TDS, etc.) and filing

the returns quarterly, half yearly or yearly for the respective taxes.
Paying all the utility bills like Electricity, Airtel landline, etc.

before the due dates.
Calculation and processing salaries of the employees after

the approval as per company policies.
Updating employee salary slips before 5th of every month

in the Iconnect Proton Employee Portal.
Maintaining petty cash and updating records and vouchers

of expenditures.
Regularly updating the Weekly Status Report (WFR),

Monthly Status Report (MFR) to the management.
Managing and monitoring Oracle Supplier Portal accounts

for Purchase Orders and Payment statuses.
Updating Proton Financials in Tally and generating the





service invoices for the respective POs received and maintain records.
Keeping track of the receivables from the client, payments

to the vendors, On time payment with maintaining records.
Ensure records are maintained properly in Tally and assist

with the annual audit
Raising quote for Renewals, following up for the payment,

renewal the domain and hosting space and raising the invoices etc.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
