Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on Experience)
Experience Required
Minimum 3–7+ years of experience in Integrated Facility Management (IFM), Security Services, or Facility Operations.
Educational Qualification
Any Graduate (Preferred)
Experience in Facility Management / Security Operations will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations across multiple client sites.
Handle client escalations and ensure timely issue resolution.
Coordinate with clients to maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor operational performance.
Plan and execute manpower deployment for Security Guards and Soft Service staff.
Recruit Security Guards and Soft Service personnel based on operational requirements.
Monitor attendance, discipline, grooming, and performance of deployed staff.
Ensure smooth operational activities across all assigned locations.
Prepare and maintain daily operational reports,
attendance records, deployment reports, and incident reports.
Respond promptly to emergencies and operational issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies, client SOPs, and statutory requirements.
