Job Summary

The F&B; Service Executive is responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests while ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering skilled customer service in accordance with hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests in a courteous and skilled manner.
Present menus and explain food and beverage offerings.
Take accurate food and beverage orders.
Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
Ensure guest satisfaction by responding to requests and resolving concerns.
Prepare and arrange tables before and after service.
Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, service stations, and dining areas.




Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely order delivery.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Handle guest bills and payments accurately when required.
Assist in buffet setup and banquet service as needed.

Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in a hotel or restaurant.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality with a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Basic knowledge of POS systems is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
