Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Service Associate (GSA) at Dlifrance India, located in Recent Delhi.

The GSA will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring smooth caf operations, and maintaining a welcoming and hygienic environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and teamwork, ensuring every guest enjoys a truly delightful experience.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist guests warmly, ensuring a positive dining experience
Take and process orders efficiently while maintaining accuracy
Operate the POS system and handle cash or card transactions responsibly
Prepare and serve beverages and bakery products as per brand standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene protocols
Support the team in day-to-day operations and inventory management




Handle guest queries and complaints courteously and promptly
Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in the hospitality or food service industry
Prior experience as a Guest Service Associate / Caf Staff / Front-of-House team member preferred
Knowledge of coffee machines and beverage preparation is an advantage
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
Attention to detail and commitment to quality service
A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
High school diploma or equivalent qualification
