The Role: Graduate Engineer Trainee (WH Operations)

We are looking for enthusiastic and analytical engineering graduates who are eager to build a career in Supply Chain Operations.

As a Graduate Engineer Trainee, you'll gain practical exposure to warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, planning, and supply chain analytics while working closely with cross-functional teams across the business.

Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day supply chain operations across procurement, warehousing, logistics, and fulfillment.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in maintaining stock accuracy using inventory management principles such as FIFO, LIFO, Safety Stock, and Reorder Point.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners to ensure timely movement of goods.
Assist in tracking inbound and outbound shipments and resolving operational issues.
Work with both B2B and B2C operations to support seamless order fulfillment.
Prepare operational reports and dashboards using Microsoft Excel.
Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Planning, Operations,



Finance, Customer Support, and Procurement.
Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

QualificationsEducation
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech).

Technical Skills
Basic understanding of Supply Chain Management.
Knowledge of Inventory Management concepts (FIFO, LIFO, Safety Stock, and Reorder Point).
Understanding of B2B and B2C Operations.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, and Basic Formulas).
Basic knowledge of Power BI is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
