Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Manager – AIF/PMS Fund Accounting to oversee fund accounting, compliance, and operational activities related to Alternative Investment Funds (AIF). The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of fund accounting, SEBI regulations, and financial operations while demonstrating excellent analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end accounting, compliance, and operational activities of AIF/PMS funds.
Supervise fund administrators and accounting consultants.
Ensure compliance with all applicable SEBI regulations for AIF.
Prepare and review Management Fees, Distributor Fees, Performance Fees, and Bank Reconciliations.
Coordinate with auditors, custodians, legal advisors, and other consultants.
Monitor fund operations and resolve operational issues efficiently.




Prepare financial reports and ensure timely regulatory filings.
Drive process improvements and ensure operational accuracy.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of accounting principles and fund accounting.
Hands-on experience in AIF operations and compliance.
Good understanding of SEBI AIF regulations.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Robust stakeholder management and coordination skills.
Problem-solving mindset with a high sense of ownership.

Eligibility
Experience: 3–5 years in AIF/PMS Fund Accounting, Operations, or Compliance.
Commerce graduate (CA/CA Inter/M.Com/MBA Finance preferred).
Candidates with relevant AIF/PMS industry experience will be preferred.

Salary: Up to ₹7 LPA Location: BKC, Mumbai

Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: ₹522,676.82 - ₹690,715.20 per year
