BMW TechWorks India is hiring experienced Hardware Design Engineers to develop next-generation Automotive ECU hardware solutions. The role involves end-to-end hardware design, schematic development, PCB review, hardware validation, and collaboration with global engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop Automotive ECU hardware from concept to production.
Design microcontroller-based, analog, mixed-signal, and power supply circuits.
Develop and review schematics and multi-layer PCB layouts.
Work with automotive communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, Ethernet, SPI, and I2C.
Support EMC, thermal, environmental, and reliability validation activities.
Perform component selection, hardware debugging, diagnostics, and testing.
Mentor junior engineers and participate in technical design reviews.
Collaborate with Embedded Software, Mechanical,
Functional Safety, Manufacturing, and Global BMW engineering teams.

Robust experience in schematic design, PCB reviews, and automotive electronic systems.
Hands-on experience with hardware validation and lab equipment.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills.
