Preferred candidate profile
Experience with leading Core Banking proprietary ledger systems or platform vendors.
Hands-on and leadership experience with mainframe settings (z/OS, COBOL, JCL) and Core Banking platforms at enterprise scale.
Proven track record of leading large, multi-disciplinary engineering teams (100+ engineers) in a global delivery model.
Experience implementing cloud native core ledgers (Thought Machine/ Mambu/Vault).
