Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Hardware & Networking Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience to manage, maintain, and secure IT infrastructure. The role is critical to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, network stability, and system security across the organization.

Roles & ResponsibilitiesHardware & IT Infrastructure
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, servers, and peripherals
Diagnose and resolve hardware issues and perform preventive maintenance
Maintain IT asset inventory and coordinate with vendors and AMC providers

Networking & Connectivity
Manage and monitor LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi networks, routers, switches, and firewalls
Configure DNS, DHCP, IP addressing, VLANs, and structured cabling
Ensure high network availability, performance, and security
Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues promptly

Security & Systems
Implement firewall rules, VPNs, and endpoint security measures
Monitor network security, access control,



and potential vulnerabilities
Support data backup, recovery, and disaster management processes

IT Support
Provide L1/L2 technical support to employees
Support onboarding and offboarding (system setup, access control)
Maintain documentation, SOPs, and IT process records

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
