Position – Finance Head/CFO

Qualification - B.Com/ M.com/ CA Inter

Experience – 13+ years

Location - Faridabad

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-

● Responsible for handling the company accounts – TDS, Sales tax, bank reconciliation and finalization of P&L; and Balance sheet.

● Preparation of monthly P&L; with doing month end closing activities and submitting to management.

● Budgeting and controlling- variance analysis on monthly P&L.;

● Positive exposure of import /export documentation.

● Knowledge of EPCG and advance licenses.

● Handling of Banks independently.

● Can maintain personal files of directors in tally.

● Knowledge of preparation of CMA data.

● Capable of managing direct and indirect tax of a company.

● Can reply to show cause notices.

● Can appear in income tax, GST, DGFT Departments.

● Liaison with Govt. officers.

Skills required-

● Positive knowledge of advance excel to do above work

● Knowledge of ERP working, preferably Finsys.

● Can handle a team.
