Job Overview: We are hiring Front Office and Sales Executive to handle student counseling and basic front office responsibilities. This role involves interacting with students/parents, explaining programs, and converting leads into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities: Connect with students/parents via calls (inside sales) Explain courses, features, and benefits clearly Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments Maintain call logs and follow-ups in CRM Point of contact for incoming calls / clients Basic Billing and Registration Meet monthly enrollment targets Eligibility: Any Graduate / Postgraduate Freshers welcome Positive communication in English (Tamil & Hindi is a plus) Willing to work in a target-driven environment Immediate joiners preferred Skills Required: Solid communication & persuasion skills Customer-focused mindset Ability to handle pressure and targets What We Offer:
