Role Summary The Head – Admissions is responsible for driving student enrolment by leading the admissions team, managing the end-to-end admissions process, building solid parent relationships, and implementing outreach and marketing initiatives to achieve school admission targets.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve admission and enrolment targets.
Lead and mentor the admissions team.
Manage enquiries, counselling, campus tours, and admissions.
Develop preschool partnerships and community outreach programs.
Organize admission events, education fairs, and marketing activities.
Monitor lead generation, conversion, and admissions MIS.
Ensure adherence to admissions SOPs and maintain excellent parent experience.
Track competitor activities and market trends.
Coordinate with school departments for smooth student onboarding.





Qualification
Graduate (Mandatory)
MBA/Postgraduate (Preferred)

Experience
5–7 years of experience in Admissions, Sales, Business Development, or Customer Relationship Management.
Prior experience in the education sector is preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹72,000.00 per month
