Position: Head Digital Marketing

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Company: Usha Shrikrishna Private Limited (Recent Hope Fertility, IVF & Research Centre & Samarpan Diagnostic Centre)

Experience
Minimum Experience 5 years in Digital Marketing.
Preference: Candidates with experience in IVF, Fertility, Hospitals, Healthcare, or Diagnostic Centres.
Prior team management experience is mandatory.

Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business/Digital Marketing.
MBA or Digital Marketing Certification preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies.
Generate quality patient leads and improve conversion rates.
Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, social media,



and website performance.
Monitor campaign performance, ROI, CPL, and lead quality.
Lead and manage the digital marketing team.
Coordinate with Call Centre, Sales, Counsellors, and Operations to achieve business targets.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
