Leadership: Lead and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback.

Required Qualifications &
SkillsSoftware Proficiency
Adobe Creative Suite: Advanced proficiency in Photoshop (photo editing, manipulation, compositing) and Illustrator (vector illustration, branding, typography).
CorelDRAW: Hands-on experience with vector graphics, page layouts,



and print prepress setup using CorelDRAW.
Canva: Proficient in leveraging Canva for quick-paced digital collateral, template creation, and quick-turnaround marketing assets.
Freepik &
Stock Assets:

Demonstrated experience working with Freepik and vector template manipulation to optimize project turnaround times.

Technical Expertise
Book &
Editorial Design:

Proven experience in page layout, typesetting, grid construction, and print publication prepress.
Print Knowledge: Strong understanding of paper stock specs, color modes (CMYK vs. RGB), spot colors (Pantone), binding methods, and print production workflows.
Solid portfolio demonstrating expertise in book design, vector illustration, and print marketing collateral.

Preferred Qualifications
Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Experience Required - 2 to 3 years

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
