Head FP&A;

We are seeking an experienced Head FP&A; to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;), with a minimum of 15 to 20 years of experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the FP&A; function, developing and implementing financial models, and providing strategic insights to drive business growth.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement financial models to support business decision-making
Lead the FP&A; function, providing strategic insights and recommendations to senior management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve financial performance
Develop and manage annual operating plans, budgets, and forecasts
Analyze variances and identify areas for improvement
Provide financial guidance and support to business leaders and stakeholders
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in FP&A;

Requirements




Minimum 15 to 20 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;)
Strong background in budgeting, annual operating plans, forecasting, and variance analysis
Excellent financial modeling skills, with experience in developing and implementing financial models
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
