We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented General Manager - Finance & Accounts to lead our accounting, taxation, compliance, and financial reporting functions. Qualifications
B.Com / BBA
MBA (Finance) / Postgraduate Degree in Finance
Inter CA / CMA / Inter CMA
Equivalent finance qualifications

Key Responsibilities
Manage financial accounting, reporting, and finalization of accounts.
Prepare and review balance sheets, P&L; statements, MIS reports, and financial analyses.
Ensure timely month-end, quarterly, and annual book closures.
Handle GST, TDS, TCS, VAT compliance, statutory payments, and return filings.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Strengthen internal controls and drive process improvements.




Support management with financial insights, budgeting, and compliance matters.

Skills Required
Mandatory expertise in Tally ERP 9
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, TCS, VAT, and statutory compliance
Experience in account finalization and financial reporting
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
