Ensure adherence to domestic emigration laws and foreign labor regulations.
Monitor visa processing, work permits, and attestation procedures.




Maintain valid agency licenses, certifications, and government liaisons.

Financial &
Team Management
Build and control annual operating budgets and revenue forecasts.
Track agency key performance indicators (KPIs) and profit margins.
Lead, train, and mentor recruitment and operations teams.
Evaluate performance and set incentive structures for staff.
