Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Head of Operations to lead and manage overall operational activities. The candidate will be responsible for improving efficiency, supervising teams, implementing operational strategies, and ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage overall operational functions.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity.
Supervise department heads and ensure productive coordination.
Monitor operational performance and achieve business targets.
Optimize resource utilization and cost control.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.




Prepare operational reports and present performance updates to management.
Drive process improvements and continuous operational excellence.
Resolve escalated operational issues and support business growth.

Requirements
Minimum 6 years of experience in Operations Management.
Strong leadership, planning, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and team management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and reporting.
