Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee all aspects of mall operations, ensuring effective day-to-day functioning of the property.
Manage facility management functions, including engineering, housekeeping, security, parking and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) services.
Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations, health and safety requirements and fire & life safety standards.
Develop and monitor operational budgets, control costs and drive operational efficiency while maintaining service quality.
Manage vendors and service providers, including contract administration, performance monitoring, and service-level compliance.
Coordinate closely with tenants, leasing, marketing, and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and tenant satisfaction.




Deliver an exceptional customer experience by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, functionality, and overall mall ambiance.
Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure uninterrupted operation of all building systems.
Prepare operational reports, analyze performance metrics, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Handle emergency situations, crisis management, and business continuity planning to ensure minimal operational disruption.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
