Supervising and driving execution right from the foundation to the final handover of the project.
Coordinate with design, contracts, and procurement teams for drawings, vendors, and materials.
Execute work as per approved drawings while ensuring quality standards and strict adherence to EHS guidelines.
Maintain proper documentation of materials received, raise (SR), and indents for material requirements.
Follow up with vendors for progress monitoring, conduct weekly review meetings.
Manage and oversee two construction sites at different locations.
Monitor vendor performance, follow up for timely progress, and conduct weekly review meetings.
