Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Metallurgist role based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Metallurgist will oversee metallurgical process development and optimization for advanced materials, including characterization, testing, and quality control. The selected candidate will be working closely in other arenas of a new and vibrant enterprise.

Compensation will be more than competitive.

Qualifications

- Solid knowledge of Metallurgy and Extractive Metallurgy,



including principles of material behavior and processing.
- Hands-on experience with Process Control for metallurgical operations, including monitoring, optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Advanced degree in Metallurgy, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience with laboratory instrumentation, material characterization methods (e.g., microscopy, mechanical testing), and data analysis tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly in technical and non-technical settings.
