Senior MES Consultant / Lead Experience: 10-13 Years Location: Pune Education: BE/B.Tech into CSE background Domain: Manufacturing Job Summary Seeking an experienced MES professional with robust Manufacturing domain expertise to lead MES implementation, integration, and optimisation initiatives across production environments.

Key Responsibilities • Lead MES implementation, enhancement, and support projects.

- Gather business requirements and translate them into MES solutions.
- Integrate MES with ERP, SCADA, PLC, and shop-floor systems.
- Drive manufacturing digitalisation and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
- Collaborate with Operations, Production, Quality, and IT teams.
- Troubleshoot MES-related issues and ensure system reliability.





Required Skills • 10-13 years of experience in Manufacturing and MES.

- Hands-on experience with MES platforms such as Siemens Opcenter/Camstar, Apriso, FactoryTalk, SAP ME/MII, GE Proficy, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of production, quality, traceability, and shop-floor processes.
- Experience in MES-ERP integration and manufacturing system architecture.
- Knowledge of SQL, APIs, SCADA, and PLC interfaces. Preferred • Exposure to Industry 4.0, IoT, OEE, and Smart Factory initiatives.
- Experience leading large-scale MES transformation programmes.
