Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Merchandiser role based in Noida. The Merchandiser will manage the product lifecycle from concept to shipment, including coordinating with design, production, and quality teams. Daily tasks include sourcing materials, following up with suppliers, tracking order status, maintaining product and pricing details, and preparing reports and samples for client presentations.

The role involves supporting client communication, monitoring timelines, and resolving issues to ensure orders meet quality and delivery requirements.



The Merchandiser will also assist in trend analysis and assortment planning to align collections with market and customer needs.

Qualifications

Strong Communication skills to interact with clients, suppliers, and internal teams clearly and professionally.

Customer Service skills to manage client expectations, address concerns, and maintain long-term relationships.

Sales and Retail skills to understand buyer needs, product performance, and commercial requirements in fashion markets.

Marketing skills to support product positioning, assortment planning, and presentation of collections.

Attention to detail and organizational skills for tracking orders, documentation, and timelines.

Basic knowledge of fashion production processes, fabrics, and trims; prior experience in merchandising or sourcing is preferred.

Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) for reports, costing, and presentations.

Ability to work in office in Noida, collaborate within cross-functional teams, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Relevant diploma or degree in Fashion, Textiles, Business, or a related field is advantageous.
