We're looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Buying & Merchandising to drive merchandise planning, allocation, and performance optimization across our retail stores — ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right time.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure accurate merchandise allocation across stores based on demand, historical trends, and store performance

Maintain optimal stock levels — minimizing overstock and stock-outs

Manage weekly replenishment cycles for key styles and pivotal sizes

Monitor stock movement and drive inter-store transfers based on sales performance and gaps





Optimize inventory utilization to improve sell-through and reduce markdowns

Analyze sell-through, stock cover, and product performance to identify risks and opportunities

Plan and execute strategies to hit pre-EOSS sell-through targets

Publish weekly dashboards and performance reports for management and ops teams

Track key merchandising KPIs and share actionable insights

Partner closely with buying, retail operations, planning, and supply chain teams

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Management, Business, Retail, or related field

10+ years of experience in buying, merchandising, or retail planning (apparel preferred)

Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel (data analysis, reporting, dashboards)

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Collaborative team player who thrives in a cross-functional setting
