Role Description The MEP Professional will be responsible for overseeing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for on-site projects in Gurugram. Day-to-day activities include coordinating with design and engineering teams, reviewing drawings and specifications, supervising installation work, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role involves conducting inspections and tests of MEP installations, identifying and resolving technical issues, and collaborating with contractors, vendors, and clients to maintain project schedules.





The MEP Professional will also prepare technical documentation, support commissioning activities, and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including design review and installation supervision.

Experience in HT/LT installations, substation works, lighting, and power distribution in industrial or infrastructure projects.

Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and standards, and apply them to on-site execution.

Proficiency in project coordination, including scheduling, resource planning, and stakeholder communication.

Understanding of safety regulations, quality assurance practices, and compliance requirements for MEP works.

Comfort with in office inspections, testing, commissioning support, and problem-solving under demanding conditions.

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline.

Relevant experience in MEP roles within construction, industrial, or infrastructure projects;

experience in pan-India or multi-site projects is an advantage.

Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Familiarity with industry-standard tools and software for MEP design coordination and documentation is beneficial.
