· Medical Clinics and Hospitals management software The Role:
As a Medical Software Representative, you will be the engine of our marketing and sales activity. You will be responsible for identifying high-potential prospects like doctors and clinic owners, understanding their pain points, and effectively communicating how our software can solve their business challenges by physically visiting hospitals, nursing home and other medical/para medical institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Generate new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting by personal selling
Needs Assessment: Conduct discovery calls to understand client workflows and identify how our software products fit their needs.
Product Demos: Setup an appointment for product demo.
Deal Closure: Negotiate pricing, overcome objections, and successfully close software subscription deals.
Required Skills
· Excellent communication skills (Bengali & Hindi must , English will be plus).
· Relationship-building skills
· Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
· Strong understanding of the Kolkata and other City landscape.
· Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Education :
BBA Graduate in Marketing/BCom/ BA from a reputed college in Kolkata with 2 years of experience in marketing and sales
Stipend provided based on experience and performance.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
