Medical Representative / Healthcare Marketing Executive

North Willow Consulting is hiring for a reputed Healthcare & Diagnostic Services Organisation in Kolkata.

We are looking for confident and energetic professionals who enjoy meeting doctors, building professional relationships and creating awareness about healthcare and diagnostic services.

Location: Kolkata

Openings: 2

Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000/month + Performance Incentives

Petrol Allowance: ₹100/day, with scope for enhancement based on travel

Two-wheeler: Mandatory

Experience: 2–3 years in Diagnostic / Healthcare / Medical Marketing preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Regularly visit doctors and healthcare professionals within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and clinics.
- Introduce and explain the organisation's diagnostic services and facilities.
- Develop and strengthen doctor referral relationships.
- Identify and connect with new doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Follow up regularly with existing doctor relationships.
- Maintain daily visit and activity records.
- Work towards defined performance objectives and referral development.
- Coordinate with the internal team and submit regular reports.





Who We're Looking For ✔ 2–3 years of experience in Diagnostic / Healthcare / Medical Marketing preferred

✔ Experience interacting with doctors and clinics will be an advantage

✔ Good communication and interpersonal skills

✔ Confident, disciplined and self-motivated

✔ Comfortable with regular field visits

✔ Target-oriented with a relationship-building approach

✔ Own two-wheeler is mandatory

Compensation

₹15,000–₹20,000 fixed salary + separate performance incentives + petrol allowance.
