Role Description This is a full time, on-site Medical Doctor role based in Delhi, India.

The Medical

Doctor will provide comprehensive patient care, including clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing management in accordance with current medical guidelines and institutional protocols. Daily responsibilities include conducting patient consultations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications or therapies, and maintaining accurate medical records. The role also involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, participating in clinical meetings,



and contributing to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives. Depending on the specific placement, the Medical Doctor may engage in teaching, case discussions, and mentoring of junior medical staff or trainees.

Qualifications

- Relevant medical degree (MBBS) from a recognized institution; postgraduate qualification (MD/MS, DNB, or equivalent) in a clinical specialty is strongly preferred.
- Valid registration with the appropriate medical council in India and compliance with all applicable regulatory standards.
- Strong clinical knowledge and diagnostic skills, with the ability to manage a diverse caseload and follow evidence-based treatment protocols.
- Proficiency in maintaining detailed medical records, using hospital information systems, and interpreting laboratory and imaging results.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with patients, families, and multidisciplinary care teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment, demonstrate sound judgment, and respond appropriately in emergency situations.
- Commitment to ethical medical practice, continuous learning, and participation in clinical audits, CME programs, or professional development activities.
- Experience in teaching, mentoring, or academic activities within medical colleges or training programs is an advantage.
