Compensation: ₹6.0 LPA – ₹7.5 LPA (Based on experience and fit)
About the Role: Moksha Media Group is looking for a dynamic and analytical Media Planner to join our integrated media team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning and executing both Digital and Mainline Media campaigns, with strong media strategy, planning, research, and client servicing capabilities. This role requires working closely with marketing & strategy to develop integrated media plans that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Media Planning
Develop integrated media plans across Digital and Mainline channels based on client objectives and target audiences.
Recommend the optimal media mix, budgets, and phasing for campaigns.
Conduct audience research, consumer behaviour analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
Prepare annual, quarterly and campaign-specific media plans.
Digital Media
Plan campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, Programmatic, OTT, LinkedIn, X, and other digital platforms.
Understand digital KPIs such as Reach, Impressions, CPM, CPC, CTR, CPV, CPL, CPA, ROAS, Frequency, and Engagement.
Coordinate with performance marketing teams for campaign execution and optimization.
Work with analytics tools such as GA4, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Similarweb, and other planning tools.
Mainline Media
Plan campaigns across Television, Print, Radio, Cinema,
Outdoor (OOH/DOOH), and Activation.
Coordinate with media buying teams and publishers.
Evaluate media proposals and negotiate value-added opportunities.
Understand media consumption patterns across different markets and audience segments.
Research & Insights
Conduct category, market, and competitor analysis.
Use industry tools and reports to identify consumer and media trends.
Translate research into actionable media recommendations.
Client Management
Participate in client briefings and internal strategy discussions.
Present media plans, rationale, and recommendations confidently.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare media plans, flowcharts, media schedules, and post-campaign reports.
Monitor campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.
Present insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, Media, or a related field.
3 to 4 years of experience in a media planning role within a media or advertising agency.
Strong understanding of both Digital and Mainline media planning.
Knowledge of media research tools such as BARC, IRS, Comscore, Similarweb, or equivalent is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a quick-paced environment.
