POSITION OVERVIEW

This role focuses on filming and editing video content that documents the brand, its products, events, and overall culture. The person in this role will work closely with the founders to turn ideas, campaigns, and everyday brand moments into engaging visual content across our digital platforms. The role includes working on both short-form and longer video formats depending on the type of content being created.

This is a hands-on role where the candidate will actively shoot, edit, and help bring the brand’s visual storytelling to life. SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO)

- Shoot video content for the brand’s digital platforms and campaigns
- Capture product visuals, behind-the-scenes moments, and brand activities
- Film and document brand events and community experiences
- Edit different formats of video content including reels, promotional videos, campaign edits, and event highlights
- Work with the team to translate creative ideas into visual outputs




- Assist in planning video content for campaigns and brand activities
- Maintain organized folders for footage, editing files, and project assets
- Experiment with different video styles suited for social media and brand storytelling
- Deliver edited content within agreed timelines CANDIDATE SKILL SET AND ELIGIBILITY
- Basic understanding of videography and camera framing
- Ability to shoot reliable and visually appealing footage (phone or camera)
- Basic video editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, VN, or similar
- Understanding of video formats used across social media and digital platforms
- Basic knowledge of lighting, angles, and visual composition
- Ability to organize digital media files and editing projects Eligibility Criteria:
- Age: 18 years or above
- Education: Currently pursuing a graduate degree or already graduated
- Open to all genders Prior experience in content creation, videography, filmmaking, or social media video production will be preferred. CANDIDATE PERSONALITY PROFILE
