Mechanical Electrical and Utility Maintenance Engineer /: Our manufacturing facility's "Asset Guardian" and "Operational Continuity Specialist" is the Maintenance Engineer. Optimizing machine uptime, maintaining equipment dependability, and implementing methodical maintenance plans for all mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems are your core goals. As the "Shop/-Floor Troubleshooting Authority," you assume direct, hands/-on responsibility for autonomous maintenance instruction, spare parts inventory tracking, Root Cause Failure Analysis /(RCFA/), and breakdown interventions.

In order to mitigate serious plant vulnerabilities like abrupt assembly line stoppages, catastrophic machine utility failures, skyrocketing emergency repair costs, component wear accelerated by inadequate lubrication, and high/-voltage electrical safety hazards, this role is at the core of operational risk management.

Key Duties Emergency Breakdown Intervention/: Identify electrical circuit, mechanical drive, or hydraulic valve problems to promptly resume production during unplanned machinery failures.



Preventive & Predictive Maintenance Planning/: Check wear metrics, structural alignments, and mechanical clearances when carrying out and auditing planned preventive maintenance /(PM/) procedures on production equipment.

Predictive Condition Monitoring/: To identify possible component problems before they cause line stoppages, conduct routine predictive maintenance inspections using vibration analysis, thermal imaging, and motor current signatures.

Root Cause Failure

Analysis /(RCFA/)/: Conduct formal engineering investigations into high/-severity or chronic equipment failures and implement long/-term engineering improvements using tools such as Fishbone Diagrams and 5/-Why.

Utility and Infrastructure Stewardship/: Oversee the ongoing operation and testing of vital plant utilities, such as centralized air compressors, cooling towers, industrial chillers, DG sets, and electrical substations.
