Role Description This is a full time, on-site Mechanical Engineer role based in Dodda Ballapur.

The Mechanical

Engineer will design and develop mechanical components and systems, with a focus on products manufactured through MIM, CIM, investment casting, and related processes. Daily responsibilities include creating and reviewing engineering drawings and CAD models, performing calculations and simulations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in production, quality, and tooling. The role involves supporting research and development activities, optimizing designs for manufacturability and cost,



and participating in continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor.

The Mechanical

Engineer will also contribute to project planning, documentation, and technical reports to ensure that customer requirements and internal standards are consistently met.

Qualifications Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering with applied knowledge of mechanical systems, materials, and manufacturing processes.

Proficiency in Machine Design and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for creating, modifying, and reviewing 2D/3D models and engineering drawings.

Experience in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, coordination with cross-functional teams, and tracking deliverables.

Ability to contribute to Research and Development (R&D;) activities, including prototyping, testing, data analysis, and design optimization.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.

Familiarity with manufacturing environments, preferably in MIM, casting, precision machining, or automation solutions.

Working knowledge of industry standards, tolerance analysis, and basic FEA or other engineering analysis tools is an advantage.

Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with diverse technical and operations teams on site.
