Job Title - Mechanical Design Engineer

Job Location: C1/4611, Phase IV, Vatva GIDC, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 382445

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop sheet metal components, assemblies, and products using CAD software (such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD).​
- Generate manufacturing-ready drawings and detailed specifications for production.​
- Apply advanced knowledge of bending, forming, welding, and other relevant sheet metal fabrication processes.​
- Lead or support recent product development (NPD) projects, focusing on manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.​
- Perform tolerance analysis, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T;), and ensure compliance with industry standards (ANSI, ISO, DFMEA).​
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tool rooms, production, and prototyping, to refine designs.​
- Conduct and support reverse engineering projects as needed.​
- Assist in tool and die design, support jigs and fixtures design, and provide documentation for assembly and quality control.​
- Participate in prototyping, product validation, and shop floor support.​

Required Skills and Qualifications





- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.​
- Experience in sheet metal design, fabrication processes, and tooling (minimum 3-4 years preferred).​
- Proficiency in CAD and simulation tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD).​
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; attention to manufacturing details.​
- Effective team player with a proactive, solution-driven mindset.​

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
