Role Description The MBA Internship Trainee will support various business functions within Paarth Infrabuild Private Limited, with a focus on real estate project and business management. This internship role is on-site and based in Lucknow, offering hands-on exposure to market analysis, project coordination, and business development activities. Day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting with data collection and analysis, supporting marketing and sales initiatives, preparing reports and presentations, and coordinating with cross-functional teams such as finance, engineering, and operations.

The trainee will also help in documenting processes,



tracking project milestones, and contributing ideas to improve efficiency and customer experience. This internship is designed to provide practical learning for MBA students or graduates interested in real estate and infrastructure management.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and research abilities, with the capacity to interpret business, market, and financial data.

- Competence in business communication, including clear report writing, presentation skills, and professional stakeholder interaction.

- Basic understanding of marketing, sales, and customer relationship concepts, preferably with exposure to real estate or related sectors.

- Knowledge of project management fundamentals, including planning, coordination, and monitoring of tasks and timelines.

- Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfort working with spreadsheets and presentations.

- Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA or equivalent postgraduate program in Management, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and adapt to a fast-paced, on-site environment in Lucknow.

- Attention to detail, robust problem-solving mindset, and a willingness to learn about the real estate industry.
