Role Description The Mathematics Teacher at Glecta will deliver classroom instruction to students, ensuring clear explanation of mathematical concepts and fostering analytical thinking. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and implementing lesson plans, aligning teaching materials with the curriculum, assessing student progress through assignments and examinations, and providing constructive feedback.

The teacher will collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, participate in staff meetings and professional development activities, and maintain an inclusive, respectful classroom environment. This is a full-time, remote based role,



requiring regular classroom presence and engagement with students and staff.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Mathematics and Mathematics Education, with the ability to teach a range of topics clearly and accurately.
- Demonstrated experience in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development to design structured, engaging, and outcome-oriented lessons.
- Status as a Qualified Teacher, with relevant teaching credentials or certifications appropriate for mathematics instruction.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or a closely related field.
- Effective classroom management skills and the ability to create an inclusive, supportive learning environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to explain complex concepts in accessible terms.
- Prior teaching experience at school or coaching center level; experience with standardized exam preparation is an advantage.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and openness to using educational technology and innovative teaching methods.
