Healthcare Recruiter – US Recruitment

Location: Pune, Maharashtra (Hybrid/Onsite Preferred) | Remote for the Right Candidate

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter with a solid background in US Healthcare Recruitment to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience recruiting healthcare professionals for permanent and/or contract positions across the United States and should be comfortable working in a rapid-paced staffing workplace.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
2–8+ years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment.
Proven experience recruiting for:
Registered Nurses (RN)
Allied Health
Laboratory
Imaging
Pharmacy
Therapy
Clinical & Non-Clinical Healthcare positions




Strong understanding of US healthcare staffing and recruitment processes.
Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, JobDiva, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and Boolean Search.
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to work independently and achieve recruitment targets.
