About The Role

We are seeking a energetic and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Manager to oversee our end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery of goods while leveraging Kalyani’s in-house TMS and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and monitor logistics operations from procurement to delivery.
Optimize routes using our proprietary Transport Management System (TMS).
Ensure full statutory compliance and documentation.
Analyze data to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth ERP (BOSS) integration.
Generate auto-alerts and stakeholder communication via SMS,



Email, and WhatsApp.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
5+ years of experience in logistics/operations management.
Proficiency in route planning tools, ERP, and TMS.
Solid communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
