About The Role

We are looking for a skilled ERP System Analyst to maintain and enhance our in-house ERP system “BOSS”, built on Java and Oracle. This is a critical role for ensuring operational efficiency across the Group’s business functions.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business process requirements and translate them into system solutions.
Collaborate with departments to enhance ERP functionality.
Maintain and upgrade Java/Oracle-based ERP modules.
Support ERP integration with TMS, inventory, and compliance systems.
Conduct testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity.

Requirements

Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
3+ years of experience with Java and Oracle-based ERP systems.
Robust analytical and system design skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally with operations and compliance teams.
