IntelGrader is building AI learning intelligence for handwritten student work: grading, feedback, insights, and remediation for schools, coaching centres, and teachers.

We are looking for a high-ownership Founder's Office - Sales & GTM team member to help take IntelGrader to market.

This is a 0-to-1 role where you will work directly with the founders across customer conversations, outbound sales, demos, GTM experiments, partnerships, marketing, sales operations, and AI-led internal automations.

Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to schools, coaching centres, teachers, and education operators
Run outbound experiments across calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and field channels
Set up and participate in customer calls and product demos
Build lead lists, track follow-ups, and maintain CRM hygiene
Support partnerships, GTM campaigns,



and founder-led growth experiments
Capture customer feedback and work closely with product/founders
Use AI tools to make research, outreach, follow-ups, and operations sharper and faster

We are looking for someone who is:
Hungry, curious, high-energy, and comfortable with ambiguity
Valuable at communication, follow-ups, and persuasion
Excited by customers, sales, education, startups, and AI
Comfortable working from office in Gurugram
Able to figure things out without waiting for perfect instructions

This is an early-stage role with direct founder exposure and quick learning.
