Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, qualified, and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive to ensure every guest has an exceptional dining experience. The ideal candidate will welcome guests warmly, manage reservations, address guest concerns promptly, and coordinate with restaurant teams to maintain the highest standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests with a warm and qualified attitude.
Escort guests to their tables and ensure comfortable seating.
Manage reservations, waitlists, and table allocations efficiently.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth guest flow.
Maintain excellent guest relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Collect guest feedback and report suggestions or concerns to the Restaurant Manager.
Assist in handling VIP guests and special occasions.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception and waiting area.
Answer phone calls professionally and assist with reservation inquiries.
Ensure company service standards and grooming policies are followed at all times.




Support promotional events and restaurant activities whenever required.

Required Qualifications
Graduate or Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome. Prior hospitality experience is preferred.

Experience
1–3 years of experience in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, or customer service.
Experience in guest handling or front office operations will be an added advantage.

Professional grooming and etiquette.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
Good organizational and multitasking skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and reservation systems is preferred.
Adaptable to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
