Roles & Responsibility
Maintain a clean and hygienic workstation in compliance with health and safety requirements.
To execute appropriate lab procedures in the lab, maintain a 5S system, for sole responsibilities, and monitor cleanliness/hygiene inside the Lab area.
Conduct all the baking Trials as per the requirements of QC, NPD, and Market. Record all the operations or analyses of the trials.
Create, execute, and develop recipes and do quality checks on ingredients and finished items.
Advanced ability to multitask, and follow the instructions given by the reporting boss.
To be thorough and pay attention to detail.
Valuable in Communication and executing the task properly.
Qualification & Experience
B.Tech Food Technology
Fresher with a bakery background
