Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead the execution of large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in project planning, site execution, budgeting, quality control, and stakeholder management within the real estate or construction industry.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end execution of construction projects from planning to handover.
Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and quality standards.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
Monitor site progress,



safety compliance, and construction quality.
Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Oversee procurement activities and contract management.
Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation plans.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and industry best practices.

Requirements
Robust experience in real estate or infrastructure project management.
Expertise in project planning, budgeting, and execution.
Proficiency in MS Project and Primavera .
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
