Key Responsibilities:
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on business requirements and production capacity.
Prepare material requirements and ensure timely availability of RM, PM, solvents, intermediates, and other production materials.
Monitor production schedules and coordinate with Production, Stores, Procurement, QA, and QC teams.
Track production plan vs. actual performance and identify delays, shortages, and bottlenecks.
Maintain optimum inventory levels and monitor RM, WIP, and finished goods inventory.
Coordinate batch planning and ensure production activities are completed as per schedule.
Monitor material consumption, stock availability, and inventory aging.
Generate PPIC MIS reports and provide regular updates to management.




Work on SAP/ERP systems for production planning, material planning, and inventory monitoring.
Support capacity planning and optimize available manpower, equipment, and production resources.
Ensure compliance with GMP/cGMP requirements and company procedures.
Identify planning issues and coordinate with concerned departments for timely resolution.
Maintain proper PPIC records and documentation.

Qualification:

B.Tech / M.Tech / B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc / MBA or equivalent qualification, preferably with experience in API/Pharmaceutical manufacturing.
