Job Role & Responsibilities :

Act as a liaison between insurance companies/law firms and medical facilities (hospitals, clinics, doctors).

Perform timely follow-ups on the medical records of patients discharged from partner medical institutions.

Ensure all medical documents are collected and submitted within specified deadlines.

Engage in pure voice-based communication with stakeholders.

Maintain a high level of accuracy and professionalism in all interactions.
