Job Description

We are looking for 30+ motivated Graduate Chemical Engineers to join our Technical Sales team in a work-from-home role. The position involves identifying prospective customers, promoting industrial chemical products, understanding technical and application requirements, coordinating customer enquiries, and supporting the complete sales process from initial enquiry through order conversion.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemical Technology, Petrochemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering or a related field.
Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience may apply.
Good technical, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Interest in technical sales, industrial marketing and business development.
Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Local language knowledge will be an advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities





Identify potential customers and generate current sales leads.
Promote industrial chemicals, raw materials and specialty products.
Understand customer applications and recommend suitable products.
Conduct Customer meetings, technical discussions and product presentations.
Coordinate product samples, trials and customer approvals.
Prepare quotations, proposals and product comparison reports.
Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders and payments.
Build strong relationships with recent and existing customers.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely sample and product delivery.
Maintain sales reports, customer records and prospect updates.
Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
