Role: TPM Lead

Location: Faridabad Plant

Role & responsibilities
Drive TPM, 5S, Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives across the plant.
Lead Kaizen and productivity improvement projects to improve quality, cost, delivery and productivity.
Conduct regular Gemba Walks, process audits and 5S/TPM audits and ensure timely closure of action points.
Monitor and analyse key plant performance indicators such as OEE, productivity, quality, rejection, downtime, cost and improvement perks.
Prepare and publish plant performance MIS, KPI dashboards and management presentations (PPTs).
Identify operational gaps through data analysis and drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and sustainable corrective actions.




Develop and implement training and skill development programs for operators, supervisors and employees.
Maintain and monitor skill matrix, competency development and training effectiveness.
Drive employee participation through Kaizen, Suggestion Schemes and Rewards & Recognition programs.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, HR and EHS teams for cross-functional improvement initiatives.
Promote a culture of ownership, discipline, problem-solving and continuous improvement across the plant.
