Human Resources (HR) Executive

Location: Kozhikode, Kerala

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive to join our team in Kozhikode. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in human resources, with robust knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and compliance. Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and other HR documentation.
Handle employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
Coordinate payroll inputs with the accounts/payroll team.
Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
Organize employee engagement activities and HR events.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws.
Address employee concerns and maintain positive employee relations.
Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.





Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management is preferred.
1–3 years of experience in Human Resources.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
Understanding of Indian labour laws and HR compliance.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Experience with HRMS software is an added advantage.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Fluency in English and Malayalam.

Preferred Experience Candidates with prior experience in a Digital Marketing Agency, IT, Healthcare, or Service Industry will be preferred.
