Position Overview:
5+ years of product-management experience, including at least two years on AI/ML solutions
Proven ability to translate Gen-AI possibilities into shipped product features
Background in finance or fintech products is highly desirable
Comfortable defining vision, building roadmaps, and presenting to executives and engineers alike
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work autonomously in a distributed workplace
What You’ll Do:
Craft product strategy and roadmap for current finance-focused AI agents
Conduct market and customer research to validate problems and size opportunities
Translate requirements into explicit user stories and acceptance criteria
Partner with engineering and design through agile sprints to ship high-quality releases
Drive go-to-market planning, launch metrics, and customer onboarding materials
Monitor post-launch KPIs (profitability, ROI, adoption) and iterate quickl
